Daily Duties at Wealth Bridge Financial Network:
Train new loan officers in all aspects of loan processing Responsible for all aspects of the loan processing i.e. create new files, review file documents for completeness and consistency with original information, submit loans to automated underwriting system and complete loan data updates and order loan documents for closing. Responsible for communicating the loan processing information to Loan Officers, other loan processors, Underwriters, and Escrow Officers.
