Daily Duties at Openwave Inc.:
? Maintain the Audit software (FCM) through implementing the changes in the control language, owner, risk rating as approved and keeping it up to date. ? Add users and provide them with required excess to FCM. ? Perform the test work and write test results for various controls including Cash, Procurement, Accountants Payable, Fixed Assets, SAS 70, and EUC. ? Updating the Process Flow-chart with the process owners and the control owners. ? Initiating the Fraud Interviews with the Process Owners for the external auditors and also arranging and performing the walkthroughs of various processes. ? Created and implemented the resource track spreadsheet for internal audit consultants (Deloitte). ? Provide the IA consultants with their test work request. ? Maintain the spreadsheet for the monthly, weekly and quarterly SOX controls and administering the completion of these controls by their owners. ? Assist the Director of IA, IA manager, IA analyst and the IA consultants on day to day basis.
