• Provide end-user and phone support for employees and clients to include application support for Lotus Notes, Remote Connectivity (VPN/ Shiva Support), Open Systems/ Mainframe Support, Novell Password, Active Directory Password support and various other types of applications • Shift Lead for the Help Desk on a rotating basis • Incident Coordinator for Severity 1 issues affecting multiple users. Responsible for opening bridges and sending Management pages. • Lead Role in JPMC application testing. Responsible for updating and distributing Testing Issue Tracker. • Train new Help Desk Analysts • Provide Online Banking Support for Private Clients
