Daily Duties at Best Rate Solutions, Inc. :
Answer all phone calls from potential clients as well as follow up phone calls. Quoted mortgage rates, locked loans, ran files through automated underwriting. Set up files, took applications and sent out applications to be signed by borrowers. Order title & Escrow and order payoff demands. Order and coordinate appraisals. Calculate rebates from several lenders and posted on companies website. Mail quarterly newletters, postcards, thank you letters and surveys. Coordinated 3 seiminars; reserved banquet hall, invitations, mailing, reservations, handouts and newspaper advertising.
