Daily Duties at Unisys:
Managing 140+ personnel to provide world-class Federal Service Delivery Network Operation Center supporting Health and Human Services, Transportation Security Agency, United States Census, and Federal Drug Administration. Establish cross-functional Enterprise service delivery processes and procedures. Improving service delivery through the integration of tools, processes and people to met CMMI Level five. Stabilize the Production infrastructure through configuration management, standardization and cross training between Engineering and Operations. Implement monitoring solutions to measure service and report service level statistics. Directed multiple and complex projects or sub-projects. Manage and lead large work teams developing a strategic plan for federal service delivery. Set objectives and priorities for the project staff. Assigns and reviews tasks, performance, and staffing requirements. Generate new business opportunities. Responsible for $20M P&L.
