Daily Duties at Check Into Cash:

• Responsible for meeting/exceeding the financial goals established for 9 centers in Illinois. • Responsible for the overall profitability, training, staffing, and on-going development of all employees under my direction including directing employees with meeting/exceeding the financial goals established for their center. • Responsible for providing communication between Home Office and field centers and ensuring company polices and procedures are followed and reports are rendered. • Provide daily monitoring of individual stores delinquency percent to increase profitability. • Review and approve all store expenditures. Investigate every customer complaint. • Conduct center visits on a regular basis that include a complete and thorough audit of each office in the district to ensure legal and company compliance. • Instruct, assist and review all marketing avenues required of all center personnel. • Monitor and conduct all disciplinary action within region including developmental action plans. Review and recommend merit increases for all personnel within district.
