Daily Duties at Don Provencio Law:

I had many duties while employed here. I was responsible for answering multi-line phones, taking detailed and accurate messages, inputting client data into computers, setting up appointments and consultations, running errands, filing, taking notes during meetings, and ordering supplies. In addition to that I did correspondence and picked up and ran documents to and from the courthouse.I also operated general office machines like copy and fax machines.
