-Made all travel arrangements for plant manager as well as any others within the division -Assisted Human Resources Manager with projects -Assisted Plant Manager with job interviews in HR Managers absence -Tracked production waste, safety audits, and plate making costs via excel spreadsheets and charts -Coordinated e-mails, computerized and hard copy files; etc. for plant manager -Created PowerPoint presentations -Assisted in preparing weekly employee schedule for rotating shifts -Attended safety, steering team, waste team meetings; etc, and took minutes
