Daily Duties at Cubic Applications:
Supported planning and execution of Top Officials 3 (TOPOFF 3), Congressionally mandated and largest Homeland Security exercise to date. • Facilitated Field Training exercises for over 530 federal, state and local level Controllers and Evaluators during 28 training sessions in preparation of exercise execution. • Supported Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) Manager with development of injects to drive exercise play • Developed and facilitated “Civilians on the Battlefield” program for Kentucky National Guard forces in preparation for deployments to Iraq.
