Daily Duties at Avalon Technology:
Manage Full Life-cycle wireless management program for over 8000 federal government end-users, compromised of system set-up and configuration, ordering, provisioning, billing management, carrier relationship management and all aspects of customer support for cell phones, blackberries, PDA’s, air cards and pagers. • Develop and maintain processes to support program and project implementations, identifying risks, presenting solutions, providing statuses, tracking execution against requirements and monitoring operational costs to ensure profitability. • Provide Training for Internal and External Requirements. • Support Business Development and Marketing Requirements as Necessary
