Daily Duties at City Of San Antonio:
* Initiation, negotiation, and monitoring of contracts and agreements * Monitor financial status of agreements using various tools (Excel, Access, and SAP) * Manage contracts located in two major tourist centers of the City * Address questions and concerns from City Manager’s Office, Council, Stakeholders, and Tenants * Coordinate with staff from various City Departments for review and completion of projects * Prepare contracts for City Council presentation * Manage preparation and completion of Requests for Proposals * Department Liaison for the Historic and Design Review Commission
