- Accounts receivable, payable, collections, record keeping, and month end billing using QuickBooks Pro software - P/L Statement & General Ledger interpretation - Planning, scheduling & monitoring project manpower and budget cost expenditures - Purchase and maintain all company equipment and services - Editing desktop published documentation and graphics related to Automotive Machining, and Body Shop Systems - Organization, planning and scheduling of all documentation/graphics created by LP Tech from production to final delivery - Planning group activity, preparing department reports and interface with customers to insure product delivery and customer satisfaction - Interviewing, Hiring, Performance Reviews and all Exit responsibilities - Plan all travel and off-site requirements for trainers in field
