Daily Duties at Concord Technical Systems:

- Accounts receivable, accounts payable, job costing, collections, payroll, payroll liabilities, billing, record keeping, purchasing and month end billing using QuickBooks Pro software - Purchase and maintain all company equipment and services - P/L Statement & General Ledger interpretation - Interviewing, Hiring, Performance Reviews and all Exit responsibilities - Company representative for employee benefit issues - Maintaining management morale and level of cooperation/team spirit with the departments including bid package preparation and quoting. - Edit documentation and graphics related to all customer deliverables - Approve and follow all departmental expenses. - Problem recognition and resolution for senior management
