Daily Duties at Project Harmony:
*Financial Management: Developed financial reports in Quicken. *Logistics: Prepared necessary documents for participants’ departure for the United States. *Marketing/PR: Conducted promotions and news conferences for the U.S. Department of State sponsored professional exchange and training program. *Recruitment & Training: On annual basis interviewed over 300 candidates for program participation and selected over 6 groups of 13 candidates for business, journalism, law, ecology, public health, education administration and NGO groups in 18 regions of Ukraine; conducted pre-departure orientations that included elements of strategic planning.
