- Lead all Quality and Customer Service related activities for the world's largest hydraulic pump manufacturing facility. o Transformed $50 Million Repair and Warranty Center from a $ 10 Million cost center into a $3 Million profit center with 10X improvement in Customer Response Time. o Established formal Quality Engineering and Testing program, which drove organization wide product improvements. These improvements resulted in Vickers key OEM Equipment customer ratings (Caterpillar, Deere, Volvo) from poor to excellent within 1 year. o Business sold to competitor and plant closed.
