Independent management consultant focusing on large Operations, Logistics/Supply Chain, and Quality projects. o Designed and Implemented Quality and Engineering Programs for a FDA Regulated Electric Consumer Products Manufacturer. o Re-engineered materials organization at major HVAC Client, which resulted in a shortened supply chain and $12 Million Inventory Reduction. o De-proliferated a product line from 16,000 to 4,500 SKU's. o Implemented ESTEP/FGS Forecasting and Process Analysis/Improvement techniques to drive ongoing improvement efforts.
