Interim management position to vertically integrate USA manufacturing operations which formally were captive to a Dutch operation. o Built Plastic Molding & Sheet Metal Facilities o Built agile workforce and implemented demand based flow. o Cut Inventories by 40% o In sourced design engineering - Pro/E o Implemented domestic sourcing for 45% of procurements o Improved management processes, facilities, and training to meet or exceed FDA (ISO-9000/GMP), USCS, OSHA, and customer requirements. o Laid off so heir-apparent (Son-in-Law) could assume control of business.
