Daily Duties at Greenhouse Preschool:
• Manage a team of 15 customer service representatives. • Provide leadership, communication, coaching, professional development and skills enhancement to teams handling incoming customer calls. • Manage customer issues, take escalated calls and resolve concerns . • Develop and implement programs to motivate employees. • Promote and enhance values, mission and strategic plan of business center. • Support process management systems to ensure quality and consistency. • Analyze department performance and proactively identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.
