Daily Duties at Academic Financial Services:
• Manage and supervise a team of 20-30 Title IV Loan Advisors/Sales Representatives • Provide leadership, communication, coaching, professional development and skills enhancement to teams handling borrowers regarding student loans • Create and implement motivational tools for the company and Sales floor • Monitor representative and company statistics and proactively identify opportunistic issues • Support company objectives and goals while instilling the company values within the teams
