Daily Duties at Chrysler:

In a classroom setting instructed team concept approach to business and lean manufacturing principles as modeled by Toyota. Implemented follow up to this training by constant interaction and advisory role to teams while gathering feedback info to improve quality of work environment and productivity. Trained team members, coordinators and supervisors in team meeting skills, problem solving techniques, J.I.T. inventory, Kaban inventory and goal setting to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
