Daily Duties at Lifestyle Family Fitness:
Managed and direct the performance of the locations in the Manasota market. (Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice) Recruit, hire, train and develop sales agents and select candidates for management training. Lead monthly sales trainings for the sales force in the Manasota area (25+ agents) based on performance indicators.
