Daily Duties at Frank Crum:
supervise 25 employees and the daily workflow and production through the department, scheduling and adjusting workloads, working with employees, managers, clients, vendors and couriers to resolve issues, resolving employee issues, client billing, payment and delivery issues, conducting performance appraisals, employee coaching, training, conducting department meetings, attendance tracking, disciplinary actions, interviewing, maintaining and tracking the consitency and accuracy of the department, promoting and training employees for excellent external and internal customer service, problem resolution and teamwork. Working closely with I.T. through 3 software conversions as well as teaching others to do what it takes to get the job done accurately and efficiently, working with other departments to resolve issues, researching and reconciliation of client accounts, working closely with A.R. department to ensure that payments are posted correctly, online banking and wire verification. Working on and maintaining office machines, copier, faxes, folder, stuffer, inserters and postage machines. Ensure that company policies and procedures are being followed by all employees as well as being a saftey director for the company.
