Daily Duties at Pembrooke Occupational Health:
Championed the creation/implementation of organization’s infrastructure in terms of a Call Center, Brand/Marketing, Metrics, Human Resources, and more. Managed all aspects of a project including initiating, planning, executing, closing and controlling. Managed projects across business units and organization. Influenced at all levels within the organization, mainly setting strategy and direction; coaches and mentors team members; mentors other managers around project management methodology; determines project scope; develops resource, risk, quality, cost, and scope management plans; develops training plans; defines, recommends and secures contractual agreements for services and products; coordinates requirements, schedules implementation and post-implement plans, and develops service-level agreements for vendor partners. Develops requirements documents; develops project approval matrix; identifies project team training and tool needs; defines six-sigma throughout each project methodology phase; defines critical success factors. Experience in creating an effective team environment, building strong relationships, negotiation, solving problems and issues, resolving conflicts, managing resources, communicating and influencing effectively at all levels of an organization. Demonstrates and leads an understanding of the overall organization.
