Daily Duties at Bear Rock Cafe:

This fast-paced summer position gave me responsibilities of selling food items, working a cash register, and keeping all areas clean all while making sure the customer had a pleasant experience and walked away happy. I learned to be diplomatic with difficult customers and had to respond to questions and even complaints with confidence and in some cases good humor.
