• Business manager for the Naples, Florida market providing workforce solutions to area companies. • Responsible for office’s recruitment for both internal staff and external temporary candidates. • Responsible for compliance of all company policies and employment laws. • Responsible for revenue growth, overall P&Ls, and development of all direct reports. • Manages all business lines for the market to include national accounts, temporary staffing, direct hire placements, temp to hire and any specialty skill practices in the market. • Conduct skills assessments, skills development, career development, coaching, guidance and consulting to all direct reports regarding sales, talent relations, and operational procedures. • Knowledgeable in conducting a wide range of background checks to include criminal history, motor vehicle, drug testing, and credit checks. • Selected as a facilitator in a nationwide training for the company of over 3000 employees.
