Daily Duties at Standard & Poors:

-Manage administrative staff including weekly direct reports meeting and staff evaluations. -Responsible for scheduling and interviewing candidates. -Coordinate departmental offsite as well as other events, including researching event spaces, caterers, etc. -Work independently and within a team on special and ongoing projects such as creating a more efficient contract process and updating department website, including tracking action items and meeting deadlines. -Prepare presentations, reports and spreadsheets for distribution to VP and Directors. -Maintain and keep current office organization chart. -Update and keep track of office attendance record. -Process travel and expense reports.
