Daily Duties at American Intercontinental University Online (Cec):
? Responsible for the coordination of the appeals process for students. ? Communicates with students and department managers- including the Department Head to calculate a student’s past academic progress and their potential for future success, if and when a student returns to the university. ? Organizes the student’s appeal and provides supplemental documentation to specific individuals who vote to approve or deny the appeal. ? Other job functions include analyzing retention reports/data to present to upper management including executive management. ? Assisted in the launch of the GoArmyEd Portal for the Student Affairs Department.
