Daily Duties at Ltv Steel:

Manager - Human Resources • Supervised by the General Manager of Human Resources • Manage HR activities at LTV’s largest facility with responsibilities for over 4000 employees • Responsible for the following HR functions through the supervision of three Departmental Area-Managers and two Generalist Coordinators: (supervised total staff of 13) • Staffing of all Salary and Hourly Positions • Administration of Plant Bidding Process and Salary Transfers • Benefits Coordination for all New Employees • Investigation of Harassment and Discrimination Claims • Annual and Quarterly Human Resource Planning (Including Succession Planning) • Assist with the Institution and Administration of a Variable Compensation Program • Design and Administration of Executive and Hourly Developmental Programs • Active in Corporate Restructuring • Coordination of Company Diversity Initiatives
