Daily Duties at Bath & Body Works:
Responsible for maximizing the Customers retail experience while delivering total shop sales and profit plans. Partner with the Marketing, Visual, Training, Brand and Category Retail Merchants and Store Operations Team to deliver a pampering and memorable in-store environment. Provide a competitive advantage in the marketplace by intimately understanding the competition, target Customer, and beauty trends and translate that knowledge into actionable business plans.
