~ Manage 160-unit apartment complex ~ Supervise 3 full time employees, Landscapers, contractors, painters ~ Maintain the office to remain organized and smoothly at all times ~ Maintain good communication with tenants and property owners ~ Approve all bills ~ Collect rents ~ New rental contracts and leases, rent adjustments, and calculation of rents ~Perform all administrative duties utilizing various computer programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office Professional Answering phones ~Taking and processing applications ~Maintain office supply orders, office mail outs, and various errands ran on a daily basis ~Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and data Entry ~ Drafted and composed all outgoing and internal letters and documents ~ Appeared in court for eviction procedures ~Annual inspections of all units
