Daily Duties at Volt Services Group:

? Maintain client service satisfaction through anticipation and timely resolution of concerns. ? Evaluating, interview, place, and match the skills and goals of temporary and direct placement employees to job requirements. ? Obtain and analyze detailed job descriptions and assure qualified associates dispatched to work and provide temporary staffing for five (5) transactional clients and 100+ associates for our on-site client (Performance Team/ Gale Triangle). ? Consult with clients and establish pay and bill rates, create and maintain relationships with clients and employees while building knowledge of needs and opportunities. ? Use search engines to effectively search for qualified applicants while matching potential employee skills with job requirements. ? Facilitate orientation for new employees and ensure appropriate interpretation of policies, procedures and expectations. ? Responsible for the administration, documentation, and follow up for Unemployment Claims [via UC Express]. Verification of I9 and W4. Process and submit necessary forms for verification of employment, vacation, and holiday pay. Conduct background and reference checks. ? Complete all required data entry, applicant tracking, and client tracking utilizing VoltTrack and Volt Systems. ? Order and stock office supplies as needed, perform staffing based duties as assigned. ? Plan and participate in voluntary activities and projects such as March for Hunger and Revlon Run-Walk.
