Daily Duties at Direct Advantage Values:

Receptionist and personal assistant to the president and CEO of a small, international import business. Using Cougar Mountain accounting soft ware, entered and completed invoices for daily sales of imported novelties. Answered all phone lines, taking orders and making sales calls. Processed daily Accounts Receivable and monthly statistics. Assisted with inventory control, product ordering and travel arrangements. Routed products through UPS and FedEx. Developed sales brochures and fliers using PhotoShop software. Created Excel spreadsheets as needed. Assisted in preparing for trade shows and assembling press kits.
