Consistently earned six figures annually, commission only. Gained valuable experience in all areas of mortgage lending specifically: title, commercial and residential property valuation, income documentation, credit modeling. Initiated / maintained market research, segment / target marketing. Development and implementation of marketing programs using all types of advertising media. Instrumental in instituting extensive training, motivation and leadership programs, of my design, voluntarily provided for all employment positions.
