Daily Duties at Anderson Animal Shelter:
* Carefully maintains all records necessary to ensure accurate cash credit and check handling. Follows necessary closing procedures and ensures the deposit receipts are secured in the safe. * Has an adequate understanding of the shelters adoption policies and be able to communicate them to the public. Have a familiarity with all forms and be able to route or file all paperwork in accordance with standard shelter procedure. * Stays up to date on assigned/selected daily/monthly tasks, and keeps data entry current. Scheduling and receiving payment of animal surgery appointments.
