Daily Duties at C Tnosc Network Support:
orked in the CONUS Theater Network Operations and Security Center (C-TNOSC), Network Operations Division (NOD), NETCOM. Provided configuration for remote Army sites Top Layer Architecture consisting of CISCO routers, switches, and various firewalls to ensure customer connectivity and IAVA compliancy. Provided customer resolution based on both NETCROP and REMEDY generated Trouble Tickets with local site point of contacts as well as DISA to resolve WAN issues affecting Army customers. Utilized Enterprise level software applications such as NET-HEALH, REMEDY Action Request System, SPECTRUM and CISCO Works 2000. Maintained Access Control Lists (ACL's) that provide the first level of information security for Army installations and performed IP or protocol blocks as required. Ensured proper configuration of network routing protocols to include TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF.
