Daily Duties at Central Machinery Company:

Responsible for service department bookkeeping. Answered telephone and greeted customers. Worked in sales department to keep books and inventory records. Worked in parts department to place orders and file maintenance and filing. Loaded and maintained customer machine records. Assisted in miscellaneous other duties that needed to be done. I was the person responsible for handling all workers compensation claims and issues. I was safety coordinator. I handled all Material Safety Data Sheets for all materials used in the service department or sold in the parts department. I was the training coordinator and worked with department managers in training programs with John Deere Company. I am very familiar with the JDIS software. I was responsible for accounts payable for one of the store locations.
