Daily Duties at Arizona Production Machinery & Supply:

Currently the Parts Manager, managing three partsmen and the parts inventory for three major vendors and many short line vendors. Schedule and implement service calls in an agricultural based AGCO, Claas and JCB dealership. Organize and implement a special tools program for specified equipment needs. Bookkeeping and billing of service work to customers, warranty and internal workorders. Responsible for all manufacturers’ warranty claim filing and receivable reconciliation in regards to warranties. Bookkeeping and GL in the accounts payable department. Bookkeeping and GL in wholegoods department. (sales of equipment) Parts ordering and inventory control. Supervising accounts payable operations in other locations. Computer operations and management for entire dealership.
