Daily Duties at Home Discovery:

Motivated, managed, and retained a team of fifteen (15) licensed real estate agents, closing escrow agents, and title associates who generated over $500,000.00 in residential real estate transaction sales and maintained an average of ninety percent (90%) or higher in customer service on a monthly basis. • Contributed in the operational expansion of the company in two markets – Fort Myers/Naples and Orlando. CICELY JOHNSON Page 2 • Created and implemented two (2) six-week training programs for closing escrow agents, title associates and real estate agents. • Created and implemented operational policies and incentive programs for the company.
