Daily Duties at Agency On Aging:
· Monitor incoming, interoffice and outgoing correspondence documents for consistency with Agency standards for written communication and other related duties assigned by the Executive Director. · Served as staff assistant to the Nomination Committee; correspondence, maintaining documents, notifications, minutes, reports, resumes, terms of office, and conflict of interest statement. · Monitor Area Advisory Council relations and activities, grants and funding opportunities, committee descriptions/responsibilities, and approved calendar of activities for the fiscal year. · Maintain the image and integrity of the Agency in communications pertinent to the office of the Director. · Maintain the database for information and assistance resources · Coordinate internal requests for computer systems support with the Systems Administrator
