Daily Duties at Mgm Mirage:

Responsible for document control, maintenance, versioning, distribution, training and compliance audits. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing Quality Control programs designed to ensure continuous improvement in production of products and conformance to MGMM IS QA Policy. Serve as central point of contact for Quality Control resources, procedures, records and reports. Schedule and assist Quality Auditors and Analysts in providing project support t- - for auditing and inspection. Coordinating the plan for ISO accreditation (e.g. 9001 and 17025) and ensuring the ongoing compliance and maintenance of the accreditation. Developing, collecting, analyzing and reporting quality metrics based on MGMM QA IS Policy and issue reporting systems and making informed recommendations to management. Teach and facilitate team members to use Quality management tools and methodologies, supporting analytical and reporting processes based on existing QA Policy. Create, maintain and implement audit and inspection criteria and procedures. Work with vendors and in-house team members to insure quality of all purchased software and assist in investigating and addressing customer complaints regarding quality. Responsible for scheduling and supporting Quality Assurance audits. Responsible for training QA staff on processes and procedures. Conduct testing of applications in accordance with test plans. Comply with testing policies and procedures. Conduct testing of communications and protocols, software, hardware, networks, mathematics in accordance with test plans Assist in the generation of testing policies and procedures, test plans and related systems. Prepare accurate test reports containing findings, conclusions and recommendations and prepare any required correspondence. Ensure records (audit trails) are maintained through the use of manual or automated systems in place at the time. Provide advice on amendments to casino property or regulatory requirements. Provide advice when required on technical aspects of submissions being evaluated and /or forensic investigation. Maintenance of test and development equipment.
