Daily Duties at Oce Business Services:
Reproduce documents for secretaries using the Canon Copier and Xerox Color machine. Sort and distribute mail as needed. Set up conference rooms for upcoming Meetings. Check machines for any paper jams, paper stock or break downs within the machines. Process mail and shipment of packages that needed to go out as well as sign for incoming FedEx UPS or messenger packages. Use Microsoft word for emailing purposes for catering orders. Velobind, GBC and 3Hole drill documents as needed.
