• Manage all department operations at one location, and all HR projects in multiple facilities for a fast pace environment with 225 exempt and non-exempt multi-culture team members • Drive philosophy to recruit the candidate with the right attitude, a rigorous interview process, provide training and job enrichment; use of this philosophy reduce turnover by 268 percent • Design performance management program that is built around 360 degree feedback; improve performance from last in 2004 to first in 2005&2006 • Align human resource planning with corporate strategy and coach management team; reduce annual operating expense by $600,000 • Perform timely and full investigations of all complaints; ensure employee files are up-to-date and oversee changes to HR policy; reduce third party claims in half • Oversee complex multi-million dollar international programs and resolve 99 percent of complaints within 24 hours; increase revenue by 10 percent • Oversee recruiting, training, compensation and development programs for exempt and non-exempt staff; forecast staffing needs • Design metrics and present detail statistical analysis to executive management; provide action plan for necessary adjustments • Oversee labor relations, workmen compensation claims and compliance with federal , state and local laws • Coordinate job analysis, job descriptions and job evaluations; compress job classifications in half • Develop work flow process and stream line information in SAP; reduce product turn-around time in half • Supervise maintenance of a 140,000 SF facility; conduct investigations of employee related incidents; safety and security leader
