Daily Duties at Washington Mutual Bank:
Directs, leads, and offers expertise to Team Managers in all phases of the Fulfillment process, including set-up, processing, underwriting,closing and shipping for both Retail and Wholesale lines of business. Ensured operational compliance with regulatory requirements including the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act and Washington Mutual policies, processes, and procedures. Monitored compliance, government insuring, internal audit reports. Developed and maintained collaborative relationships with Sales, internal and external service partners. Managed cost per loan, funds per full time employee, fallout percentage, application to close, application to initial decision, aged pipeline, and government insuring deficiencies. Participated in process refinement projects. Responsible for research and implementation of new processes, policies, and procedures within the CFC. Managed daily, weekly, and monthly CFC related reports, including pipeline and pricing reports. Provided feedback, coaching, training, mentoring, and support for Team Managers and operational staff.
