•Assisted in leading the team to the school’s first appearance in the NAIA National Tournament •On-the-floor coach •Responsible for recruiting and scouting •Coordinated individual workouts and pre and post season conditioning •Additional duties included speaking engagements and monitoring team academics •Helped make the Men’s Basketball Program become a power in one year
