Daily Duties at Huston Tilltosn College :
•Assistant to the Athletic Director •Organized and implemented all aspects of the men’s basketball program including recruitment, practice sessions, inventory of equipment and uniforms, scheduling, travel arrangements, fund raising and basketball camp •Managed game day functions •Prepared and managed the budget; supervised and monitored academic progress of student athletes, Coordinator for The Fellowship of Christian Athletes •Created and updated the Men’s Basketball Web page •Featured in the NAIA National Tournament Documentary as the “Motivator” •Organized and created the relationship with the State Farm Insurance Company, various hotels and local businesses to become a partner of the athletics department •Raised the Men’s Basketball Team G.P.A. •Had the most post season wins in schools history
