• Performed the everyday operations for a mid sized correspondent lending and financial services company. • Responsibilities included, but not limited to; updating weekly rates for publication, purchasing leads and building a strong sales team, by implementing a training program that increased productivity as well as volume. A large part of the business plan was to creat strong relationships with area business. • Lead commodity account executive, originated cash – out refinances for high net worth customers that would allow them the opportunity to invest in various sectors of the commodity markets and purchase options in; energy (oil, gas and other refined products), bonds, precious metals, and currencies.
