Daily Duties at Aai:

* Resolve intermediate technical problems related to multiple Microsoft Windows environments, Microsoft Windows applications and internal proprietary software, and agent websites. Provide first level problem determination for desktop hardware and software related problems installation, setup, configuration, and problem solving on a Windows 2000 & XP operating system utilizing Dell workstations * Experience supporting and learning new proprietary applications and the ability to adapt to multiple network infrastructures * Assist Network Administrator with Unix & Citrix connection and operation troubleshooting * Maintain ticket information for appropriate documentation, follow-up and appropriate workflow methodology in conjunction with customer support rules * Perform normal maintenance of database with full and incremental backups on six operating systems/networks * Interface with end users, promoting a positive image of the IS team. Resolve problem situations in a professional manner. Accurately communicate pertinent information to create a work environment that lends itself to the best interests of departmental personnel and customer service * Troubleshoot and isolate problems related to networking, PC configurations, and operating systems, including testing and analyzing computer hardware and software problems in order to minimize downtime for the customer * Assist with overall network infrastructure maintenance including server and desktop deployments * Interpret wiring diagrams, schematic, and technical documentation to troubleshoot and repair
