Daily Duties at Aegis Commerce Solutions:
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure that plans are maintained and adhered to the project timelines. • Communicate customer requirements to the development team and coordinate the delivery of new functionality to the clients. • Define and document Business Processes, Implementation approach and assist clients with configuration of web application based on their business needs. • Recommend Software program improvements and planning to the development team. • Responsible for maintaining high level of Customer satisfaction and troubleshoot a wide range of problem situations. • Provide training for Clients both On-Site and via Web Demos (use Webex, GoToMeeting, Breeze) as well provide remote support. • Configure and provide training for QuickBooks and Peachtree integration with the web application. • Install and Configure Windows2000/2003 server, SQL Server, FTP and IIS for test and production environment. • Install and Configure ASP.NET application and web configuration files on Server for local hosting of the web application for Clients.
