Daily Duties at Microserv Technology Services:

Service Delivery Manager – Boeing, Compaq, Special Projects and All Direct Field Employees Responsible for day-to-day customer contact, problem solving parts ramping, contract documentation, information distribution, SLA requirements and tracking trends of account service contracts, both major and minor accounts nationwide. Service Provider Network Manager Start up manager responsible to create new service model for future business at Microserv following purchase of database and business model from FXI of Houston. This model included over 500 service companies located across the United States and Puerto Rico. Implementation Project Manager – Dell/Boeing As Implementation Project Manager Responsibilities included establishing a project plan for PC service contract crossover from IBM to Dell /Boeing.
