Daily Duties at Northrop Grumman:
Northwest Regional Service Delivery Manager – Department of Homeland Security TEAMS Contract Responsible for all personnel, manpower scheduling and customer coordination within the Northwest Region (Alaska, Washington, Oregon and Northern California). This included 30 Technicians, both direct reports and contractors. I managed the same agencies for the Los Angeles and Pacific Region with 25 Technicians, both direct reports and contractors for 9 months until replacement was hired and completed security clearance. This includes customer satisfaction and SLO tracking and implementation of Projects. I currently hold a Department of Justice Classified Clearance and a Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance. Accustomed to travel 50% or more of the time.
